Good Morning and Happy Monday (yuk)!

My body is trying to go in hibernation mode as it has been snowy, grey andcold all weekend! I could just sleep until spring!!! I think I must have been a bear in a past life!!!! (Maybe that's where I get my grizzly attitude at times!)

I have had computer problems all weekend and fear that it may have crashed!! Will have to deal with that at some point. I am a bit technologically challenged and so this could be an obstacle for sure!!! Wished I had an IT specialist in da house!!!!

I had a very domestic weekend (since I didn't really want to leave in the snow, hate driving in it even with 4-wheel drive). I did a lot of chores and spent yesterday decorating for Christmas. I put on the Christmas tunes, simmered the holiday potpourri and filled the house with all things Chrsitmas! The only thing missing were home baked cookies but that will have to wait until after my shoot wiht Barry Brooks this weekend! I am pretty much on target for that for now. Plugging away at my double cardios but definately ready for a break (singles will do just fine!).

I had the opportunity to go out to Boston area and see an Ultimate Fighting Championship. It was kick ass (literally). It was held at a club and it was packed. There were title fights and also a womans' match. These chicks battled. What warriors these athletes are! They combine kick boxing, martial arts and wrestling. Some do a lot of ground work (Gracie style) but all have a ton of heart! The size of the muscle had nothing to do with the fire in their hearts!! I was pumped. My sensi, Red Dragon, may be fighting in this organization this upcoming year. I think she will rock! We did support a guy form Silver Dragon's school. these people are just no joke! All my respect to them for their heart and tenacity!

Another thing I did this weekend was to go back to my old High School in agawam and speak to the wrestling team about nutrition. The head coach, Gary Geiger (high school boyfriend of mine) had asked me to come talk to the team. It was totally my pleasure1 i love wrestling and was really into it in high school and after. I hope to catch some meets this year and if they need me to return to help in any way I will be honored. Go Brownies!!!

OK - I guess that is it for now!
Stay warm!!
